The Sora family has worked together since 1980; a true family owned business that started with a gas station, auto service, and towing service in Milford, Ohio. Parents Jerry & Caroline along with oldest son John worked together and within a few years, younger brothers Tom & Jim joined the business. Working side by side, the business has grown with the addition of Sora’s Affordable Used Cars in 2004. In 2015, the Sora brothers John, Tom, and Jim have added a full service collision & service center, which now includes 3rd generation sons & daughters.
Sora's Sharon Woods Collision Center & Service, LLC provides Early Bird and Night Owl vehicle drop off service. If your schedule doesn't permit you to stop by during our normal service hours, Early Bird Night Owl Service allows you to safely drop your car off for service and maintenance.

This will be the 4th time I have used Soras for their body shop. The previous times have been so amazing I basically made it impossible for the insurance company to send me anywhere else. They simply refuse to give you your car in less than perfect condition and they will communicate with you every step or misstep of the way, example: the part came in early so that moved up the finish date by a day, turns out that part had a flaw that was unacceptable so that had to be reordered and pushed the date it would be finished back farther than the original date, this was expertly communicated and since I was in the loop the entire time I wasn’t taken aback, we had a report and at this point I was so confident I was being taken care of and confident that it was being done right I was actually glad it was taking longer because I knew that when they said it needed more time it was so it could be done right.

I just picked up my 10 year old Acura that a family member regularly used to "feel their way into and out of the garage." It wasn't until someone cross the double line and did a number on the drivers side front quarter panel and driver door that I relented and went to have it fixed. Fearing the costs, I did research and Sora had very high marks for their work and their prices. I now know why. I cannot believe the incredible work that they did on my car. It looks like it did the day I picked it up at Columbia Acura, seriously! The one rear quarter panel looked like someone had taken a ball peen hammer to it. It's in perfect shape and they DID NOT replace it.
Not only did Rob and his colleagues beautifully restore the areas they quoted, they also took the time to buff out additional scuffs in areas that were NOT included in the quote but had received kisses from the garage door and wall.
The paint match is perfect and truth be told I'm absolutely heart broken I have to return the car to my family member. It is in fabulous shape.
There is zero doubt that I will be returning to Sora for future body work although I hope I never need it. I will also be referring them to friends and family. This place is a Cincinnati gem and the glowing positive reviews are more than well deserved. It is so hard nowadays to find a business that does quality work at reasonable prices AND has friendly personnel.
